You get 30 days of free use — the full platform, not a limited demo. If you subscribe and change your mind, you have another 30 days to be refunded.
Billing starts from your first recorded operation, and never earlier than 1 January of the current year. Anything older that we migrate for you is free.

Scyllastar was written from scratch, for the cloud, by people who manage yachts. That decision is what makes this pricing possible.
No technical debt to pay for
One codebase, one version, released to everyone at once. We are not maintaining twenty years of legacy code and old installations alongside the product you actually use.
One system, not four bolted together
Accounting, charter, crew and vessel were designed as a single platform rather than assembled from acquisitions. Nothing to integrate, nothing to license separately.
No seats to count
Your crew and your office all work in the same place. That removes an entire layer of commercial admin — and it is why the price follows the yacht, not your headcount.
Cloud-native from day one
Built for the cloud from the first line, not migrated to it a decade later. The running cost is lower, and that shows up on your invoice rather than in our margins.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a commitment?
Plans are billed annually in advance. You have 30 days of free use before paying, and a further 30 days after subscribing during which we refund you if Scyllastar does not fit.
Are the prices per yacht or per user?
Per yacht. Users are unlimited on every plan, so adding crew or a second manager never changes your invoice.
What happens above 40 metres?
The €399 plan covers every yacht of 40 metres and above, with no upper limit.
Do I pay extra for a module?
No. Accounting, charter, crew and vessel management are all included in every plan, as are future updates.
Do you charge for migrating our existing data?
No. We migrate your history free of charge, and billing still starts at your first recorded operation — never before 1 January of the current year.
Are the prices VAT inclusive?
No, all prices are excluding VAT.
